The Project
When we took this house on it was a shell — collapsed plaster ceilings, debris in every room, and decades of water damage working its way down through the floors. The structure and the details worth keeping were still there underneath. We gutted the building, rebuilt the systems, and put back the mansard roof line, the tall windows, and the original stair.
Scope of Work
- Full interior demolition and debris removal
- New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC throughout
- Structural repairs and new basement work
- Restored staircase, trim, and original fireplace surrounds
- New kitchen with quartz island and honed marble range wall
- Butler's pantry and beverage bar
- Primary suite with freestanding tub and double vanity
- Exterior masonry repair, new windows, and restored facade
