The Project
This one sat vacant and boarded long enough that the yard had gone to jungle. The brick shell was sound, which is usually the part you can't fix. We rebuilt everything inside it, repaired the masonry, put real windows back in the openings, and cleared and paved the rear yard into usable outdoor space.
Scope of Work
- Full interior demolition and rebuild
- New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Masonry repair and tuckpointing
- New windows throughout, replacing plywood
- New kitchen with quartz island
- Refinished original hardwood floors
- New baths, including a full bath with soaking tub
- Rear stair and entry rebuilt
- Lot clearing, paved patio, and new fencing
